What part of the letter is handwritten on the standard letter?
- The signature on the letter, the return address, and the mailing address.
What type of stamps do you use on your letters?
- We use First Class Forever Stamps. Not stamps.com, not EDD, not media mail, or any other cheaper option.
I’ve purchased my list – now what is my next step?
What FORMAT DOES MY template NEED TO BE IN?
- Templates need to be in MS Word format and can be uploaded using the contact form.
What if I have my own background image?
- Email your background image in a .jpg format to [email protected]
Why is there a 4% card processing fee associated with any card payment?
- Because we get charged 4% by the merchant account services department.
How long will it take for my letters to be completed?
- Typically 3-4 Business days for most orders. The clock starts ticking once payment has been received and we have everything we need from you (list, template approval, etc).
Where will my letters be mailed from if I select that option?
- Gretna, NE or Omaha, NE meaning more than likely they will have an Omaha, NE USPS cancellation stamp.
Can I have my letters shipped back to me if I prefer my local postal markings?
- Yes, we can ship your materials back to you. We will charge you for the shipping and the turnaround is usually 3-4 business days.
